- ASAaron Stones6 days ago1.024hrs yet after midnight the drive thru seems to always be closed and now I’m stood in while they’re making orders yet apparently cant take orders. Make it make sense. Staff are completely useless and do everything they can to not look at you at the till to engage with you.

It is not a drive thru alone service. Also when I attended only one ordering machine was working, the other two were out of service. The staff are polite and friendly. I think the management of the place should look into more efficient and effective way to run a place that should really be a 5 star but let down by little things.
- SCS CApr 27, 20262.0You can see the restaurant gets busy being on a retail park and that shows in how messy it can be at times. Either there isn't enough staff or it's to much to cope with either way I prefer the drive through rather than sitting in based on that alone.
- JJJamieMar 11, 20265.0clean building. No customer service, if your paying cash you end up waiting at the counter for absolutely ages because theres no staffed counter in there. Drinks are no good there all sugar free, so your forced to oder sugar free stuff. It would be better to put standard drinks back on the menu and just charge more for it to offset the sugar tax. Promoting healthier options!! It's a fast food chain. Salad bars are for healthy options. People don't think "I'm going to eat healthy today and go to McDonald's" bring back the 90s McDonald's menus before the uk government started interfering with our choices of drinks and food.
