  Disappointing experience with this Domino’s branch unfortunately. The pizza tasted noticeably different from usual, especially the base and the lack of sauce, to the point where we did not feel comfortable eating it and ended up throwing it away. The handling of the complaint afterwards made the situation worse. We initially received one response regarding a refund, then later received a follow-up call where I was questioned about unrelated matters, including whether I work for Uber Eats. When I later referred to those comments, the call handler attempted to deny or reframe parts of the conversation, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. I appreciate that the matter is still being reviewed, however the overall experience and communication left us disappointed, especially as regular customers.

  Rip off prises for a pizza there's no way I am paying £21.00 for a pizza i can buy a frozen one for £3.00 from Morrison's

  For the past months noe the pizza is soo soggy and not well cooked.. it use to be very cripsy and finger licking but its all soggy
