  My last 2 visits via drive-thru has resulted in missing items. I ordered off the app, after confirming my order it says to head over and say my surname at the tannoy. Staff member at the tannoy ask for order number and wouldn't take my surname as per the app, so I'm scrambling for the order number which isn't captured on your in-app receipt, but had to go to the email confirmation to retrieve it. Poor customer service experience.

  That day at work and we went to BK at Ransom Woods. Toni was the lady that served us and wow what a fun,kind person she is. Its not often that you get the full shebang in these stressful times but wow what a wonderful warm experience xx Thank you Toni your the best xx

  This is a brilliant Burger King. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Toni who helped me yesterday with my order. Had a really good visit, thankyou

  Tried to use the app to order food and it was just loading when it was going through so the app is useless, got told to step outside as it could be signal even though I had full service. Service was pleasant but rushed but the food was hot and tasty 😋
