  Ordered some pizzas as usually trust Papa Johns to be of a certain quality. Fast-forward a few hours and everyone who had eaten the pizzas (that were stone cold on collection so needed reheating) were unwell. On reflection; pizza was undercooked and clearly ingredients were either out of date or not up to standard… never again shall we return! Escalated the issue to their support team who responded with endless form-filling before taking accountability… shocking!

  Ordered a XxL garden party yesterday and a XXL half and half the half and half was fine but they took absolutely no notice whatsoever ever of the changes made to the garden party and sent it as standard with none of the items I wanted taken off and none of the items added that I required in their place …. This isn’t the first time we’ve had diabolical orders from here and for the price you pay you would assume you were getting what you ordered and that the staff would bother to check the orders before actually making the pizza …..

  Virtually no sauce on the pizza. Does not taste like US Papa Johns.

  We picked it up at 5.30, both pizzas were stale and one was cold. We ordered regular but they gave us thin crust on both. Both pizzas were so dry and the little tomato pizza base sauce it had was so cold and thick, it left teeth indents. We both paid for extra toppings but hardly got any of anything on our pizzas. The potato tots were cold. The chicken was cold. The garlic bread was cold. It was honestly horrible. One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had.
