  They don't know how to respond thier customers and they very rude and they didn't understand what customer saying. So poor customer service.even though they take for delivery more than 50 minutes.such a terrible experience with papa Jones.

  Bad service. Added pineapple on pizza when I didn’t want it , was told I would get a free pizza as apology. And when I asked for a new pizza a few days later. They asked for picture proof. I initially did have a photo which I then deleted thinking it was not required. They clearly don’t want to acknowledge their mistakes, hence the frequent bad reviews.

  Seeing as Just eat won’t let you see reviews anymore here we are, missing items and half the toppings were off the pizza and up against one side of the box, I can only assume the delivery driver didn’t know that pizzas should be delivered horizontally and not vertically

  Order arrived almost 90 minutes after placing the order. I was called after one hour that the food is ready and waiting for the delivery driver and it wouls be a bit late. The food arrived cold, had to put it in the oven to be able to enjoy the pizza. Although tasty and appealing, cold pizza is not something i would like to order again.
