We had to place our order three different times just to try and get it right, and even then, when we got home, all the burgers were completely wrong. We spent 45 minutes going back and forth, waiting while everyone else was served before us. It felt like no one was actually listening to what we were ordering — they were just adding random things to the order. The only thing the staff member kept saying was, “Anything else? Anything else?” without paying attention to what we were asking for. Very disappointing experience.
