  So today I went to Ruthin Nisa Local , Park Road, where I usually go to collect my Amazon delivery packages. Off late the person who is usually at the till serving the customers , does not ask me for my barcode , when I usually go to get a delivery. He asks me my name, confirms my address and hands over my package. So I thought that the Amazon policy of handing over packages has changed, that they do not require barcodes any more. Because I have noticed that everything I select a pock up pint, Amazon reconfirm my name and then places the order. Today there was another man at the till aound 7.30 pm and he started abusing me because I didn't gave an ID nor the barcode. I tried explaining to him that last few times when I came to collect my packages I was asked for none. But he just started calling me a trouble maker, get out, don't come back to this shop, next time get your delivery sorted elsewhere. I mean who thr he'll is he to abuse me and be irrationally rude to me.?

  The Nisa local is located within the Texaco garage, 250 meters south-west at the junction of Clwyd Street and Park Road. Posting this as multiple attempts to update the map are unsuccessful. Shop open 6am - 11pm.
