  Nowhere as good as it used to be. Food was packed with cheaper ingredients, only had four small pieces of chicken in my meal. Service was on the slow side, busy and noisy. Didn't enjoy the experience 😕

  Ghy and Andre where the best serves ever, They were friendly, polite, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Serves was quiet but not rushed and the food was amazing. Overall, the server’s great attitude and professionalism made our visit enjoyable, and I would definitely come back again. Thank you Ghy and Andre !!

  A Five-Star Family Feast at Wagamama! We visited recently as a large group of seven—three adults and four kids—and the experience was flawless from start to finish. It’s not always easy to find a spot that handles a big family dynamic so smoothly, but Wagamama nailed it. The Star of the Show I ordered the Pork Belly Ramen, and it was easily one of the best I’ve had. The pork was the absolute highlight: somehow perfectly soft and melt-in-the-mouth while remaining beautifully crispy on the outside. The portion size was generous, and the depth of flavor in the broth was incredible. The Kids' Verdict The four children all went for the Katsu Bento Boxes and they were a massive hit—every single plate was demolished! * **The Chicken:** Perfectly crisp on the outside and tender inside. * **The Rice:** "Amazing" according to the little ones. * **The Portion:** There was a surprising amount of food on the trays, making it excellent value for hungry kids. Top-Tier Service What really elevated the meal was the staff. The Head Chef took the time to come over, introduce himself, and personally check that we were enjoying our food—a lovely, professional touch that you don't always expect in a busy restaurant. Our waiters were equally fantastic: attentive, friendly, and kept everything moving despite our large group. Bottom Line: A wonderful experience with great food and even better service.   Very poor service from the staff member who served me at Wagamama Norwich Chapelfield. I visited on Friday, 3 April at 16:27 (Order ID 8289). From the beginning, her attitude was unpleasant and dismissive. When I arrived, I asked to sit outside, but she refused and said they do not serve outside, even though the outside tables were set up and clearly in use. She then seated me inside at a poor table. I asked for the window table, and she told me that table was for four people and not for one person. However, around five minutes later, she seated two people at that exact same table. That was inconsistent and unfair. The second issue was with my order. I clearly asked for the chicken to be extra well done. She misunderstood it as extra chicken. I corrected her immediately and clearly repeated that I wanted extra well done chicken, not extra chicken. When the food arrived, it was not extra well done. Then there was further confusion involving additional chicken, which I could see being taken away again. The final issue was with the bill. I was charged for extra chicken, even though that was not what I asked for. The mistake was only corrected after I raised it, and it was her colleague who fixed the bill, not her. Throughout the whole visit, she did not check on me once, did not ask whether the food was okay, and showed no effort to correct the situation properly. Overall, the service was rude, inconsistent, and careless. This experience was disappointing and below the standard I would expect from this restaurant
