  Let's be honest, this place needs some serious organisation....which is a real shame. Had to wait 20 mins in the drive through for an order that had been made online in advance...this nearly made me late back to work...thats not acceptable. I prefer Burger King to MD...but this place needs a serious shake up. The manager needs to up his/her game, after all it's ultimately their responsibility.

  Went to the new Burger King drive through on bank holiday Monday and was greeted by a lovely happy lady (Michelle I believe), really quick service and food was excellent! Will definitely be back as this is so convenient for us, and always nice to be greeted and served by happy staff!

  Had lunch at this restaurant today and had a really great experience. The restaurant looked clean, modern, and well organised, and the staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The food came out fresh, hot, and quickly. Everything tasted great. You can tell the team is putting real effort into making a good first impression.

  Just incredibly disappointed from what could be a gold mine for burger king. I've too much to say to what I have seen and experienced.. Someone needs to take proper control with the basics of cleaning to cooking especially when it comes to seeing food dying before it's even attempted to be bagged up... and still carry on cooking... hopefully Someone with experience will turn this around and soon...

  I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Burger King today. Many burgers were unavailable due to a shortage of buns, and the restaurant itself was very unclean — tables were covered in crumbs and the floor was dirty. We waited around 20 minutes for a small order (three burgers, three drinks, and two portions of fries). When we got home, we realised the regular fries were missing, and the “loaded” fries were barely loaded at all (see photo). I returned to resolve the issue, but the response from staff was poor. My concerns were dismissed, and the staff member was unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility. I was eventually given the missing and replacement items, the overall experience — from cleanliness to customer service — was unacceptable.
