- MMMarkMay 1, 20261.0I popped into the Co-op in Ulceby earlier this evening. It always seems to be restocking around 5 to 6pm which feels like an odd time as it is busy with people calling in after work. The experience at the till was more disappointing. I placed my items on the counter and started to pass them over, only to be told quite abruptly “I can manage”. When asked if I needed a bag, I replied the same, but the tone throughout felt unnecessarily sharp. I have found the staff here can come across as quite curt, and on this occasion it made what should be a quick and easy visit feel uncomfortable. The shop is well used and clearly does good business at their heavily inflated prices. No excuse for rudeness
