Called in to Burger King 6- 25 pm today on 1-9-2026 -- Double chees Burger was cold as if it was prepared well in advance and just stood on the rack waiting for anybody choosing that item . The cappucino drink was also warm not hot . I tried to ring numerous time to give feedback earlier this evening and it was impossible and complex to get through-on a phone This is not good enough considering the cost of the items . Whoever was in charge on that shift tonight needs to step up the standards , or else we may start visiting Macdonalds instead .

Twice now I’ve used the delivery through the app and the order has been cancelled after over a hour and half both times, don’t have this issue with the Doncaster road location so clearly staff are just to lazy to make the orders at this one👍🏻
