  Ordered wagu burger meal and whopper meal, not been to a burger king for years will not be going again anytime soon, the wagu was tasteless and cardboard texture, onion rings cold and like rubber, even the whopper was dry and tasteless, no salad or sauce bacon anemic, plastic cheese Coffee and milkshake were nice. So conclusion drinks ok food not.

  Ordered delivery. 25 mins late. Ordered the mandalorian meals. No cups delivered. Food cold and squashed. Will never order from here again. Absolute rubbish not worth the money spent.

  I order the Double XL Bacon Burger with Loaded Cheese and Bacon Fries with a large Diet Coke, It is the best meal on the planet and i recommended it to my goons. I was served by a young handsome foreign boy named Mantas (It was on his name tag) and A tall man with glasses. The customer service was fantastic.

  This was my first visit to Burger King for a long time and will be the last. Being a blue light card holder I wished to use it, tried to do it on the kiosk but it wouldn’t work, so I went to the till to ask. I had to wait 5 mins despite no one waiting, as the young girl with no name tag displayed. I decided to order at the main till hoping they could do the discount but unable to which was not an issue. What annoyed me was she said can you go to the kiosk not the till we’re not allowed to take orders here and must be on the kiosk. Which was really poor customer service and I said I would rather here, she huffed and said no I can’t do it here which we all know is a load of rubbish so had to re order on the kiosk. When you spend 30 pound you don’t expect rude customer service and it wasn’t even that busy all stood around talking. As a previous store manager for Burger King what poor customer experience
