  Claims to be open 24 hours. It simply isn’t. Their drive thru is but this is highly discriminatory and must be advertised properly.

  Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to my local McDonald’s and always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time we go it’s always a disaster just got from drive through and as always fries over done but cold burgers cold and cheese burger missing the mustard pickles and onions then my partner opened his Big Mac to the surprise of no bun something seriously has to be changed in this McDonald’s it’s run so wrong

  Went in as the daughter wanted a "sit in McDonald's". Chips were overdone to almost looking burned. They would probably have been fine if they weren't freezing. Burgers also freezing. Had to get them replaced.

  This is the third time I've ordered from this McDonald's and, yet again, my order was wrong. This time my Big Mac was missing. After contacting Uber Eats, who handle McDonald's deliveries, I was refunded just £3.30. That doesn't make up for the inconvenience of having to place another order and pay additional delivery fees just so my son can have his meal. To make matters worse, the McDonald's app is useless when you need help. The "Upload Receipt" button doesn't work, and there's no way to speak to an actual person to resolve the issue. Mistakes happen, but after this happening for the third time, I won't be ordering from here again. How hard is it to check an order before sealing the bag? Management clearly needs to improve the way this restaurant is run. If the staff are overwhelmed by the number of orders, then schedule more staff. Customers shouldn't keep paying the price for poor organisation.
