- DRDylan Ralston6 days ago1.0Waiting 2 hours for a McDonalds, not even hungry anymore. Took the company 7 times to answer the phone just to be told its not there fault n said i could refund. Actual joke.
- JGJ GSep 14, 20261.0Literally the worst McDonald’s in Lanarkshire. Every time you order they forget your sauces, juice is half filled, food cold. Sometimes completely the wrong order.
- PKPaweł KijowskiAug 30, 20261.0I’m really disappointed with the service at McDonald’s. Almost every time I order food, my drink is missing from the order. I always pay for it, but I rarely receive it. This has happened so many times that it’s becoming very frustrating. Please make sure that orders are checked properly before they are handed to customers. That's a joke. Chat doesn't work well either!
- GBGrace BAug 28, 20261.0Decided to try out McD's after not having it for years then I got food poisoning from their chicken wrap or salmonella, absolutely diabolical and wouldn't recommend. Felt like I shat my organs out, went out one end then came out the other.
- BMBill MacAug 18, 20263.0Generally found there after work so often after midnight. Can be load of delivery drivers waiting and they seem to prioritise them over anyone ordering in store. Have to say the burgers are unimpressive, especially for me when i dont like anything on my burgers. Staff generally okay but i think bored or harassed are the two general impressions i get in my dealings with them. Mind you, I'd probably be homicidal working there so can't really blame them for that. Does a turn, fills a hole. Popular with my alsatian pal though...
