  I walked past it. I didn't visit it. I have only ever been in one McDonald's and I would never go in again. I realise some people like it and that's entirely their choice.

  Has to be the slowest McDonalds ever. Go in for lunch and receive your food for dinner 😂 Went in today for a simple order to take away, firstly no soft drinks, only water, fruit shoot or orange juice. Waited so long on order as numbers after being called mentioned to staff who minutes later appeared with it. Despite ordering Orange juice end up non left either and get water. Dip ordered also wrong. 🙄

  Unfortunately quite a poor experience today. Waited close to 20 minutes for the food, despite the venue being quiet. That would be forgivable, especially as online orders are a thing, but seeing the order being wrongly made, and then having it corrected by hand felt jarring. You can't expect too much from McDonald's, it has to be said, but seeing someone mishandle then be asked to rearrange my food with their bare hands didn't fill me with much appetite for it. I toyed with the idea of asking for a new order, but since it took close to 20 minutes, and I had to be somewhere, I reluctantly took it. Eating it, I asked myself "Is this a humiliation ritual, designed to emasculate the consumer?" Then I thought, "Naw, they just don't really care." Food is supposed to be fill one with hunger, but this tasted of shame. Overall a bad experience, and really just cemented my long running consideration to avoid McDonald's completely in the future. I'll give a star for the server's politeness, which should be ordinary enough on its own, but is increasingly a rare thing for a McDonald's. Overall, one would be best to avoid this corporate husk of a slop machine, which serves "products" now, rather than food. I know in the future I will...

  Often have to wait 10 mins or more for food. Most of the staff are very friendly. Especially the guy who clears up the seating area. Fries are never filled so large is like a medium and medium like a small.

  The machine didn’t work upstairs to accept cards for order so we had to walk down to pay. This is fine but the order took ages (20-30 mins), while a table who came after us received their order before us. On top of it all, we paid for apple pie and gave a chocolate pie in an apple pie packaging. The worker basically dropped the tray woth our order on the table without a single word. Terrible customer service, not recommend at all.
