Food was good. Service was good and the restaurant was pretty clean. Prices have crept up like everything else. Prefer the flame grilled burgers to McDonald's fried ones. Also the Onion rings are great. Something you don't get in Mcds. The fries are better than they used to be, but in my opinion a bit more of a chip. Prefer the fries at Mcds. Overall a good experience. Just not as polished as McDonald's. It was quiet though for a Saturday lunchtime. (Compared to my local McDonald's) pitty I don't have a Burger King in my area. Sure I'd visit more often if there was one.

I recently stopped here and had such a genuinely pleasant experience that I felt it deserved a review. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was incredibly clean and well-kept. The dining area, counters, and even the drink station were spotless, which immediately stood out to me.
I ordered the Wagyu burger meal, and everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. The burger itself was honestly one of the better fast food burgers I’ve had in a while — flavorful, well put together, and clearly made with care.
I also want to specifically mention Stephen, who went above and beyond with customer service. He was respectful, patient, kind, and made the whole experience feel welcoming instead of rushed. It’s rare these days to come across someone who treats customers with such genuine politeness and professionalism.
Overall, everything was exactly as it should be. Great food, clean environment, fast service, and wonderful staff. Definitely one of the best Burger King experiences I’ve had, and I’ll absolutely be coming back.

Hello,
I would like to make a formal complaint regarding my experience at the Burger King branch in Cumbernauld on Friday 15 May 2026 at around 8:00 PM.
I went to collect a Just Eat order (Order Number: 93126). While waiting, I politely asked the manager if I could have a cup for a drink. He told me I would need to pay for it, and I replied politely saying “okay.”
After this interaction, I felt I was treated unfairly. The manager then spoke to a crew member, and after that my order was not prepared on time while other customers who arrived after me received their orders first.
My order was left to the side and delayed unnecessarily. One staff member even almost handed my order to another customer before I had to point out that it was mine.
I found the manager’s behaviour very unprofessional and disappointing. I felt ignored and singled out over a simple and polite question.
If you check the CCTV footage from around that time, it should clearly show what happened and how the situation was handled.
Honestly, I do not know whether any action will actually be taken or not because these are your staff members, but I still wanted to make this complaint so that you are aware of the situation. I will also be leaving a review so other customers can know about my experience.
I would appreciate this matter being investigated.

Really impressed with the customer service at Burger King. Jo was very friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was right with my order.
