  Went Wednesday morning and was served by the lovely Niamh and Chloe, amazing customer service and fresh hot food, will definitely be back !!!

  We had a dinner in BK here in Cumbernauld with my son.We wanted to use our loyalty points and we had cash.The touchscreen said we have to go to the kiosk with that type of order, so we did just that.So this lady who’s probably a manager refused to serv us even when I said we have cash.Then we waited in the queue to the touchscreens.We finally got there and ordered,however there was not an option for cash payment as this manager lady said. ..people assume the stuff specially managers are well informed but they are not.She did not even look at us nor she would even say sorry when she knew we were right the first time and she just wasted our time when she didn’t want to serv us.It was very uprofessional how she handled the situation.One of the other workers helped,served us and he even said sorry instead of her.She did not even want to deal with us.I think she just didn’t want to admit she made a mistake.This kind of behavior is not a behavior of a manager in my opinion. Although BK’s food is always great.Thank you. Also thank you so much to the other guy who served us he was super nice.

  Drive thru experience was great I had Chloe serving me and she was very polite and served me my food really quick one of the best drive thru experiences I have had

  Best Burger King in the Central belt of Scotland. I drive past two of their other stores to get to it. Burgers are fresh and the staff are very accomodation towards a vegetarian friend who isn't vegan and does not want vegan cheese on their food. Thanks guys!
