  Very disappointed on this visit. All the food was cold and unfortunately we had the cinema booked so didn't have time to wait for our order to be redone. After spending £30 you do expect them to provide hot food. McDonald's the next time.

  Coffee machine broken, so no milk coffee options, fair enough. Ask for a tea instead. The UHT milk sachets are off, the milk is curdled. Team member was apologetic and asked supervisor for help. Supervisor said the milk was fine! 😷🤢 offered no alternative and walked away.

  At the time of my visit it was quiet so was served quickly the place was clean and tidy and the food was good.

  Stopped by Burger King Coatbridge and was really impressed. The staff were welcoming and polite, and my order was ready in no time. Everything was fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to sit in and eat. Great service all round – I'll definitely be returning and would recommend this branch to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal.
