  Went in for two McFlurries and two Drinks. Waited 15mins before asking for the manger was told they are short staffed. There was only 3 tables with people at it btw. Asked for a time line. Was told 5 more minutes. 10mins later still not got my order. Meanwhile all the big orders for delivery are flying out every 2mins. Manager was so dismissive. No empathy or sympathy. Worst customer service ever. Then when I asked for my money back I’m told it will be 48hrs before it goes back on my card. Fast enough to take your money out though. Total frauds.

  Not 1 but 2 items wrong on the order. Girl at the drive thru clearly can't be bothered with life anymore. Need to check your order before you move. Lesson learned of I ever go back here! Shambolic.

  Still the worst MacDonalds out there. Food terrible, can't get an order right even after you ask them to fix it. Staff & management beyond rude and don't care if your order is wrong. AVOID THIS MACDONALDS don't waste your money here

  My wife, Mable, and I popped in here to try the famed Eggs Benedict. The waitress informed us we couldn't have it as we were too old. We decided on the full English with some alterations to my order due to my many medical disposition. I dont normally take mushrooms but for these I made an exception, a wise choice in the end. I noticed it was tinned tomato's rather than an honest to goodness great British beef tomato but, again, it was nice. I cannot, listen, I CANNOT FAULT, the scraml't egg which I swapped out in lieu of a fried egg. Long story short my wife choked to the brink of death on, what i thought at the time, looked like Stornoway black pudding but it turned out to be Joe Wicks own crrraaapppp...disappointment isn't the word...won't be back 5/5

  They prefer to serve all the online orders first andvtherexare a lot! Rather than customers actually in the premises standing waiting on orders they have placecand paid for. I waited 14 minutes for 2 teas, a wrap and fries, i eventually managed to speak to a young boy who turned behind him and picked up my order it was nearly cold but i jyst keftceith it and heated it up at home. THEY JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERSERVICE!!! I will not he cjack.
