  Food is as expected fast food thrown together. Which it looks like most times but mainly it's the lack of accuracy when going through the drive though every time I go thru miss part of my order so I always check now before leaving as have arrived home before checking in the past. Waited nearly 30mins for my order in my car with a little one. When it arrived it was missing items, the drinks were already given to me so now not cold and also watered down with the melted ice. Meanwhile loads of delivery orders where being shipped out consistently. They need to refocus their attention on customers who are actually visiting the store first, obviously they only care about delivery orders now. Also to put the cherry on top the cold was lukewarm. It was a last minute choice which I will avoid at all costs from now on. Dont drive through, drive on! Some staff are great especially the front of house staff, one lady in particular it's fantastic, so attentive engage with my little one and just so friendly. However there are some staff who really need a lesson in how to provide good customer service and also how to talk to customers. No apology for missing parts of orders. Also the lack of urgency for the simplest thing with some of them is frustrating especially when the rest of your order is getting cold waiting on either someone to give eye contact and start to talk to you or waiting on the car while the slowly walk back to get whatever they missed from the order. Maybe it's a generational thing but it's certainly not great for business. Don't waste your time or money here try a different one.

  Pathetic, delivery missing a quarter of the items. No answers on phone and customer service nil on chat. Shockingly bad

  Used the drive through 1130 Wednesday for brunch. Big arch with bacon large meal over £13 spend. No bacon and about 3 times more sauce than I’ve had on this from anywhere else. Lettuce absolutely swimming No irn bru so tried a sprite absolutely loaded with ice and lacking fiz. Actually couldn’t be bothered taking it back and dealing with the weans. Checked receipt states with bacon. What a mess it made more went in the bin. All over me and my van. Had to stop elsewhere for lunch. Never again, shambles

  Online ordering and collecting from the drive through is an absolute joke every time told to take a space even though you have pre ordered your food and sat in a Queue waiting to get to the order point. Also the two lanes at the drive through only has one person serving both lanes!!

  Absolutely shocking experience at this McDonald’s drive-thru. I pulled up to the left-hand ordering lane because there was already a car at the right-hand intercom. While I was waiting, another car pulled up to the right-hand side and had their order taken before me. Then another car did exactly the same and was also served before me. I was sitting there saying “Hello?” into the intercom, wondering what was going on. I waited at least five minutes before anyone finally acknowledged me. After eventually placing my order, I paid without any issues. I’d only ordered a Chicken Nugget Happy Meal and a Double Cheeseburger, so nothing complicated. When I got to the collection window, I was told to pull into the waiting bay. While my daughter and I were waiting, the two cars behind me—and then another after them—all received their food straight away and drove off. We ended up waiting around 15 minutes for what should have been one of the simplest orders imaginable. At that point, I genuinely thought someone was winding me up. When a member of staff finally brought out the food, she practically threw the Happy Meal at me and rushed off without even asking if I wanted any sauces. The whole experience was disorganised, frustrating, and the customer service was poor from start to finish. Definitely one of the worst McDonald’s drive-thru experiences I’ve had. The people behind me must not have ordered chicken, because I’m convinced they had to go out the back, catch one first, turn it into nuggets and then cook it before I got my food!
