  Very disappointed with our order today. We order from Dominos often but today while eating we found a hair in the pizza and when we contacted dominos, none of the staff were apologetic and we were asked to come down to the store to show and talk face to face and that was the manager I assume which was not at all appropriate to speak like that for a food chain with such a big name. I will think twice before I order from Dominos now just because of the service I received today.

  I ordered two pizzas from you today — one on regular dough and one on Italian-style dough. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality this time. The Italian-style pizza was extremely dry, almost like eating a wrap rather than a pizza. Both pizzas had far too much BBQ sauce, and the pepperoni was almost burnt and dried out. Honestly, I’m surprised because we’ve always been able to rely on you for a good dinner, but today was a real letdown. For £29, it’s possible to get a much better meal elsewhere, including from your competitors. I genuinely think the manager should try the pizzas that were sent out to us today, because this was far below the standard we normally expect from you. The only positive thing was the very fast delivery — compliments to the driver for that. I’m sincerely disappointed this time and hope you take this feedback seriously. Kind regards MT

  Very disappointing experience with Just Eat and Domino’s Portadown. The pizza arrived burnt underneath and undercooked on top, making it inedible. I reported the issue immediately and provided details and screenshots, but my refund request was repeatedly refused. What disappointed me most was not only the poor food quality, but also the lack of proper customer support and resolution. I paid £28.27 for food that ended up in the bin. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose confidence in ordering through Just Eat.

  Pizza was wrong size I ordered large received regular, topping were very little also pizza was cold , I will never be back to dominos . Staff don’t care and also owner obviously does not care about customers. Please avoid

  Food was cold and order was wrong , dough was also not cooked , staff didn’t care when I complained. Avoid avoid avoid . Much better pizza places around Portadown . Dominos too expensive and not worth £3 food is terrible
