- RMRobert Mc MinnMay 30, 20261.0Absolute disgrace of customer service by supervisor at the tills this afternoon...tall dark hair with glasses. We were just about to start putting items on the belt & he came over & said I'm closing this til & slammed the gate round - NO sorry or explanation. We were so annoyed & at one point while putting items on a different til he was staring at me & I said 'ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous' he came over wanting to hear what I said. I repeated & said no explanation or apology. He just retorted I had to close it so staff can get their break...I said we were just about to put items on. he just said well I had to close it..I said actually I don't want to know & he kept talking I put my handout & said I don't want to hear anymore or why didn't you take over. he just said because I am already doing something. As we continued with our purchase he stood glaring over & as we left was staring at me as we walked past. My wife has worked in a supermarket & said they would finish serving & apologise if someone was ready like we were.

I know all the prices, and where everything is in the store. It is a big store mostly busy but on the odd time it is not busy. All round the store is really good.
