I had an issue with transferring a Sim to eSIM, another store (will not say where) had attempted to resolve a network issue 4 times unsuccessfully and I had been left without a signal for 2 days. I called into the Lurgan Tesco mobile store and was greeted by Nicole, who was extremely friendly and very helpful. She listened to my concerns before assuring me she would do everything that she could to resolve the problem. Within a matter of minutes she got my signal working again. I was delighted. Excellent customer service from Nicole! So thank you - from a very happy customer :-)
