  Absolutely disgusting experience at the Subway in Rushmere, Craigavon. The restaurant was freezing cold. It was so uncomfortable that it was almost impossible to sit down and enjoy our food. No customer should have to eat in these conditions. The cleanliness was even worse. Tables were filthy, there was rubbish under the tables, and the whole dining area looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. It was genuinely unpleasant to eat there. This place clearly has no pride in customer comfort or basic hygiene. A restaurant should be clean, welcoming and at a reasonable temperature – this one was none of those things. We will never return and would not recommend this Subway to anyone.

  Ordered using the kiosk, would’ve been safer just ordering at the tills. Waited 15 mins for a sub, waffle fries and a cookie when it wasn’t very busy. Two staff members behind the till slagging off other customers. Handed me three different items all separate and walked off before I could ask for a bag. Stood at the counter for another 5 minutes before she came back over and when I asked for a bag to put them in as I could not hold all the items alongside my shopping bags. Was met with a dirty looking when I asked. The sub was not even wrapped and was very overly toasted and hard. Very dry and had a dab of mayo when I had asked for extra sauce. Waffle fries weren’t even cooked just a mess of mush. Will definitely not be back as the staff are very rude and the service is shocking! Would definitely make the trip to Portadown instead

  Staff working today didn’t have a clue, they were getting orders mixed up with tablet orders. My first sandwich ended up in front of the person infront of me, my second sandwich was made 5 minutes after first as the staff member walked off to do something else after making first sandwich

  Was in Rushmere yesterday stood 20 minutes my order was sitting nearly 5 minutes no one near it .Couldn't stand any longer so just left..
