  Waited 15 minutes for a sandwich. Ridiculous.

  Would not recommend this place at all! Horrible staff, slow and lazy. I have a bad dairy intolerance and I mean bad. My face swells and throat gets tight. I asked for just a sub with bacon and chicken. The girl went to put her bare hand into the chicken before I asked if she could use a glove was met with a bad attitude and an eye roll I explained about the severe intolerance and she just stared at me. Asked for it toasted with lettuce and cucumber. When I got to the counter the girl started serving the people behind me first therefore the orders must have been mixed up however I didn’t realise at the time! Went at sat down at the cleanest table there was which was still filthy and took a bite out of my sub which was smothered in cheese I took it back to the counter and said to the girl could she remake it she said best she could do was scrap off the cheese and give it back to me. I explained again and was met with a dirty look and was told they won’t be remaking it. I asked for my money back and was told it was only 6 quid and if I needed it that badly I could come back another time when the manager was there. When I asked when that would be the girl/guy (don’t know which lol) just shrugged at me and gave me a dirty look. Very disappointed with this as I was unwell upon getting home all because of the slow staff. Subway really need to review there training as all basic food safety and hygiene doesn’t exist there. Also witnessed people with curly black hairs in their food and when they went to complain was told it was probably there own! They both had blonde hair lol. Wouldn’t recommend very dirty and unhygienic!!!

  Went for one sandwich when it wasnt busy and ordered from the kiosk. Waited over 20 minutes as all the people who came in after were served and gone. Absolutely no urgency in staff

  Absolutely disgusting experience at the Subway in Rushmere, Craigavon. The restaurant was freezing cold. It was so uncomfortable that it was almost impossible to sit down and enjoy our food. No customer should have to eat in these conditions. The cleanliness was even worse. Tables were filthy, there was rubbish under the tables, and the whole dining area looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. It was genuinely unpleasant to eat there. This place clearly has no pride in customer comfort or basic hygiene. A restaurant should be clean, welcoming and at a reasonable temperature – this one was none of those things. We will never return and would not recommend this Subway to anyone.
