  The person serving appeared not to be able to use the till correctly, if he was new and a trainee there should have been someone supervising him. There was a larger queue when we arrived and when we left. We should have checked the order before leaving as one of the burgers was incorrect but didn’t think to do so as orders in past had been ok. The person who was then getting the order ready initially put our ours on a tray ,but we were a take-out order and they only looked when I pointed this out, when she then put the items in the bag both large fries were spilt over the tray, SHE DID NOT OFFER TO PICK UP OR get us new ones. She also seemed slow as there was a large number of items waiting and ours were then warm NOT hot. Also NONE of the staff were wearing gloves and this looked very unsanitary.

  Food was lovely my only complaint would be that you have ask for condiments which are behind the counter.

  The restaurant itself was very dirty. No staff cleaned up any mess. Floors were filthy also. Staff at counter wasnt friendly. She never gave us our order number and our food sat at the counter for a good 10mins. Will not be back

  We had two Philly Cheese Angus meals from the drive thru and the burger was absolutely 10/10 delicious. Chips were really good too. It actually tasted as good as it looks in the pictures. Yum! 😋
