  Salad was old and like it was thrown together, fresca pizza was soggy and very little chicken. Kids pizza came last

  First time visiting and staff were so kind and accommodating in helping me plan a birthday cake surprise, such a lovely plate decoration for the cake too! Great service and good food, would definitely recommend.

  Dreadful just dreadful Personality felt discriminated against. Me & two friends went to this “Brilliant restaurant” as I’ve been told & the experience for me was absolutely dreadful. I ordered a simple meal spaghetti bolognaise & cheesy garlic bread (just cheese) the waited said it back to me ensuring that the order was right with a jug of water for the table & my friends got what they liked for drinks & ordered these rice balls with cheese that were gorgeous. When the food arrived the garlic bread had chilli’s on it, I do like chilli but didn’t want it on my garlic bread, I tried to call the waited back to fix the problem he turned around looked right at me and then just walked away, along with the pasta there was little bolognaise, the food was alright in my opinion. Along the main course arriving I had asked the waited for a refill on the water & he said yes no problem, I sat and waited for a jug of water for 15 minutes whilst my friends cocktails were being made & brought over to them quicker, I had to remind him again about the water & wait for another while (meanwhile this is all happening & I’m waiting he was going over to other tables 2-3 time in the night to check in on everything but was rarely even looking over at our table) After a wait of having empty plates he took away the plates and cups he asked “would you like dessert” I was already fed up of all the waiting but was like “yes I’d like a menu please” my group proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for a menu, while waited the waiter (long hair in a bun with a white striped t-shirt on & black jeans) was dandering around doing pretty much nothing, he then proceeded to go in behind the kitchen & started making a pizza for himself while every so often looking over at our table & then proceeded to leave as shift was over, we then had enough of a wait and just got the bill, the attitude the the service had was just terrible. This is my first & last experience with them I personally believe this was discrimination as I was just out of work still in my uniform & before I had ever been my friend said the waiting staff were brilliant & that this is the first time this sort of messing about has ever happened, I personally believe this is why the service at my table was was none existent & discriminative

  Pomodoro spagetti ve kremalı ıspanaklı tavuklu makarna yedik. Her ikisini de çok beğendik. Açık mutfakta yemekler hazırlanıyor ve hızlı bir şekilde servis ediliyor. Sakin bir mekan, alışveriş merkezinin üst katında. Servis personelleri de ilgili ve kibardı. Memnun kaldık.

  Had a great experience at Zizi today. The food was amazing. Our server was Jakib, he was absolutely brilliant. Couldn't have asked for better service
