  Arman was an amazing server, very kind and approachable. Was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Atmosphere was fantastic and food was amazing. Couldn't fault our experience. Highly recommend

  Arman was very helpful and polite. Very welcoming and everything was on time. Loved the atmosphere very warm and cozy . Food was amazing . We ordered from the pasta menu and it did not disappoint.

  Overall, the restaurant was good. The food was nice and the atmosphere was pleasant. The only downside for me was that the service felt a little too attentive — staff came over roughly every 10 minutes to ask if everything was okay. I appreciate good service, but it became a bit too much.

  Delicious food and fabulous staff - Armand and Rihanna were both so kind and the chef went out of his way to make the food exactly as my daughter needed it. Perfect place for filling and good value food and tasty mocktails.

  We left feeling rushed and disappointed with the service. We had booked online for 6:15 pm. Our order was taken promptly, and the pizzas arrived quickly. Neither during the booking process nor when we arrived were we told of a one-hour limit or any other time restriction on our table. After finishing our food, we declined dessert. Our drinks were still partly full, and we were considering ordering another round. However, the bill was brought to our table without us asking for it, followed shortly afterwards by a member of staff with the card machine. This made us feel that we were expected to pay and leave, so we decided against ordering anything else. Our entire visit lasted approximately 45 minutes. The tipping process also felt uncomfortable. Our bill was around £45, and we had specified a total that included a small tip. The card machine was then presented with a 10% tip selected. We were initially told that tips could only be entered as percentages; only after we asked again were we told that a specific amount could be entered. We appreciated the quick arrival of the food, but would have liked to finish our drinks and decide for ourselves when to ask for the bill. If a table is needed back by a certain time, that should be clearly communicated beforehand. Overall, we did not feel welcome to stay and enjoy the rest of our evening.
