    it takes far to long for our food and is very rude to people, people get served before they was here and it needs sorted out

    I placed an order for delivery at around 10:00 on a Sunday night, about an hour and thirty minutes later my food still hadn’t arrived, I was getting worried because it was getting late and so I phoned them letting them know about the situation, they took my address and order details and hung up, about 15 minutes later my food finally arrived just to pay full price for the food I had waited an hour and fifty minutes for, and the delivery driver wasn’t apologetic at all. Won’t be ordering again.

    Honestly so disappointed in this place, foods nice when it’s actually warm. (Which you have to do yourself via a microwave) Ordered a pizza, some garlic bread and onion rings and you would think it was sitting out for hours. Not a slight tinge of heat coming off it. Delivery times are horrendous, and to top it off they don’t listen to the delivery instructions provided. Asked them to not drive into my drive as it’s quite tight and they wouldn’t be able to get turned. They ignored this and drove into the drive and proceeded to ruin my grass trying to turn their car, even though I clearly stated I didn’t want them to. Food may be nice ish but it’s so not worth the hassle as it’s always stone cold. Honestly so disappointed in this place, foods nice when it’s actually warm.     Been trying to get in contact with the manager who is always away half the time and tells me he will get the issue sorted which he doesn't and when I ask to speak to the owner I'm told he/she is busy all the time, I've been trying for weeks now they just keep avoiding talking to me and I'm also told by the workers that they cant help me and I'll need to speak to the manager everytime which I never can like I just said. Also not a single local person works there all are from Pakistan and two Ukraine which we all know why the owner ONLY hires foreigners, which is an absolute disgrace that does no favors for the people of this country. I will NOT be ordering from you again.
