    I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Subway - Armagh Road location. I was clearly overcharged for a basic sandwich, and when I politely asked about the price, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of calmly explaining the charge or checking the receipt, they acted like I was causing a problem just for asking a simple question. There was no clear explanation of any extra costs, and nothing was communicated beforehand about additional charges. Customer service should involve basic respect and transparency, especially when it comes to pricing. The attitude I received was unprofessional and completely unnecessary. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both pricing clarity and staff behaviour.
