  Absolutely shocked at the mess of the place and the service , was in twice yesterday and was shocked what I saw both times . First time 3 staff standing at back while one boy was doing all the work . Spent ages doing order on machine to not work and ask staff and told they rarely work and had to queue up ! Got food and the pizza slice was barely toasted . Floor absolutely disgusting as was tables and no one was cleaning instead talking out the back . Second time (few hours later) same boy doing all the work with girl doing an odd bit . Waited 20 mins for my small order (pepperoni slice, garlic bread slice and cookies) even tho was v quiet . While waiting on my order I heard the man that was working ask the girl for help with using a gift card to which she came over swiped it it didn’t work and she said im doing something else you can figure it out yourself and walked away !!!! (She had finally started cleaning floors as was near closing time ) he then asked another girl and she rolled her eyes and said just swipe it and he asked could you help me and she hesitatingly came over and helped . Then he went to give me my order and said o I will just heat this as it probably cold !!!! The shop was quiet so my order should not of been sitting there getting cold while im standing at counter waiting on it ! I did say I didn’t want it reheated and wanted fresh food which he done no bother . Def wasn’t the boys fault as he was the one doing all the work and was extremely pleasant even under stress. Shop floor was absolutely disgusting and tables and chairs were also very dirty . Never ever saw a subway like this before and am completely disgusted

  understand staff have policies to follow, but being told off publicly felt over the top. No disruption was caused, and the Staff Member continued staring afterward made the situation feel uncomfortable. A quieter or more considerate approach would have been appreciated.

  Dirty tables and sofas, staff really slow, no energy to work. Cold food/ preparation time too long/. Not recommended
