  Ordered from there as it seemed the most convenient. Took ages for them to make our food and had served 2 people who ordered after us before finally finishing our food. some of the food was half cold, dip wasn’t given with the dipper and my sub had butter on it when i had never had that happen to me before My partner didn’t even eat theirs as the smell was of putting them off it. The place wasn’t clean either Would not go back there. Horrible experience, worst i’ve ever had in a subway. 2 workers and yet it too them ages

  The place was quite visibly dirty for a weekend the employee's could do a better job cleaning the tables/floor; bin itself was overflowing, first time i had use a self service kiosk would be even better if scanning the qr code for redeeming points actually worked, would give this place a wide miss

  ​I usually don't have high expectations for fast food, but this visit was truly horrendous. ​Service: The girl behind the counter was incredibly moody and flat-out rude. It felt like my presence was a massive inconvenience to her day. From what i could read from her name tag it was a girl named "Katie-Rose". ​Quality & Prep: My sandwich was "thrown together" in the literal sense. When I opened the wrapper, the ingredients were everywhere; I actually had to remake the entire sandwich myself just to be able to pick it up. ​The GF Experience: As if the mess wasn't enough, my gluten-free bread was still partly frozen and hard. Subway is supposed to be "Eat Fresh," but eating a frozen, falling-apart sandwich served with a side of attitude isn't exactly what I signed up for. Save your money and go somewhere else.

  Self service machines are a joke ... Bring back people ,... Subways was always a quick and great service ... Now rubbish ... Will not be back
