  Where do I even begin. This place should not even be classed as a restaurant, it is a zoo. To begin, the two older women working there have an attitude that would make you think you did something wrong just by walking in. Constantly snapping at customers, speaking rudely, and then going into the back loudly discussing personal matters while people are stood waiting to be served. It is completely unprofessional and uncomfortable to listen to. Secondly, the food is vile. I genuinely would not even feed my hungry fish this food. The veg and bread are claimed to be “fresh” but I watched one of the women change the sticker on vegetables and wraps to a later date and say “this will be okay to next Sunday.” What a disgrace. How are people supposed to eat this food when the lettuce is a peculiar shade of brown? The bread is either hard and stale or half raw. There has never been a time where myself, my children, or family friends have gone to Subway Lisnagelvin and left pleased with what we encountered. The cleanliness is also shocking. Dirt gathering in the back, crumbs everywhere, strange wet patches around the seating area, odd smells circulating near the bins — it is disgusting and unacceptable. To add onto this unbelievable presentation of “customer satisfaction and service,” one of the male workers and women openly discuss vulgar and personal topics in front of customers for everyone to hear. Laughing loudly, talking about their private lives, and carrying on while people are waiting in line. What type of professionalism is this? I remember seeing Facebook posts about this place before and brushing them off as dramatic customers, but after my own experiences, I completely understand the complaints now. There are so many other things myself and MANY other people could talk about, but overall this place is falling apart and seriously needs sorted out. I’m leaving this review to WARN people not to waste their money or time here when there are far better Subway locations nearby, such as Subway crescent link. DO NOT GO. Absolute joke.

  Food was skeggy and made me want to jeet tarts, the stand out was the chap who served me, CALEB was a superstar and looksmaxer chad in the making definitely give him a raise

  The service and food was very good, especially from the worker named CALEB, I would have him a pay rise if necessary

  Worker on 12/04/26 would only put one scoop of chicken on a foot long, it’s meant to be four, won’t ever be returning, lady needs sacked immediately
