  Staff have very bad attitude towards customers. Left waiting in a queue for 20 mins with more people queuing behind us only to be told theres no food left its been put away. I asked so why did you leave me waiting for 20 mins if your were putting the food away? They knew we were there because they kept looking up at us while serving other people. I got sneered at by the girl "because we close at 5". It was currently 5.03pm at this point. I had to "politely" advise them that in the future it would be nice to tell people in the queue that there is no point queuing because they are not going to serve us anyway. Love subway but these young people clearly couldnt care less about other people or customer service. Get rid of them or assign some serious people skills training.

  I love subway but this has to be the worst one I have ever been too! Unfortunately the staff don't understand what you want and the service is very slow. I have tried it 4 times now just incase it was a once off that the service was terrible. Some examples: I asked for a pizza slice sub, the man then started to make a subway sandwich with pepperoni I then had to stop him and show him the board with a photo of the pizza slice. I order the potato wedges slices (witch where very soggy) and I asked twice for a tub of South West sauce with them as a dip, I opened them at the till to see if he had placed the dip inside and nope, I then reminded him I need a tub of South West and he started to place the sauce all over the wedges. I also got given the wrong change and I didn't even bother saying as I knew it would take ages for the man at the till to figure out what I was saying and to figure out the correct change. This places needs serious help and some good staff in it are needed!!!!

  A good subway. Clean and spacious and the service was fine.
