  Got there and the subway card machine wasn't working. I had a voucher which they refused to accept because of this.

  The food here is consistently excellent, and my orders have always been spot on. Delivery times can be a bit longer during busy periods, but that’s understandable. What really stands out is the thoughtful extras they include, like cookies or crisps, which make the experience even better.

  Really bad sub! They put the tomatoes straight onto the bread rather than lettuce first. When I actually got to eat it, the bread was soggy and literally fell apart. Also, hardly any choice of sub breads and dressings. I will not be back!

  Several times order delayed. 2 subs, didn't bother putting cheese in. Another time it looked like the subs had been punched after being shat on. This last time, 20 mins late- called shop to be told its sitting and just waiting for driver to get back. Said it would probably be 20 mins before the driver returned as had several deliveries to do. Advised it could be another 20 mins before driver got to my address. So basically over 2 hours for a couple subs. Just cancelled, so I get to wait for my refund- who knows how long they'll take to do that. Don't take the orders of you can't fulfil your delivery times. Will not be eating from here again.
