  Really disappointed with my experience at Subway. The staff member who served me had no manners and came across quite aggressive, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. He was handling the food quite roughly, even throwing ingredients around, and at one point put his thumb through my bread while making the sandwich. By the time I got it, it was already falling apart. There was also barely any filling, hardly any meat or veg, and barely any sauce, which just made it worse. Overall, poor service and really low-quality food. Definitely not what I expected. around 5.30pm 27/02/2026

  Went in to place an order and there was a man being very rude to a new trainee who was clearly on her first shift. I felt awful for her, he came across as a bully. Not a good image Subway...

  Had an amazing worker interaction! Had ordered online on christmas eve not aware they shut in 30mins, went in to collect and unfortunately they couldnt make my meal as they were out of the majority of ingredients. The staff were more than apologetic and when the app wouldn't allow us to cancel and refund they ensured that I came back on Saturday when they reopened and id get my meal. They were so lovely about the whole situation and very accommodating!

  I love subway & particularly the ballymoney branch. Lovely friendly service & great subs. Love the tuna sub on tiger bread, with plenty of sauce choices & the best coffee anywhere A big Thank you to the staff , they are the nicest bunch of people & honestly if i was to open a restaurant or any business that required dealing with the public, id be poaching the staff that work here. In particular Jordan & Aaron, who go above & beyond. ✌ 5th Nov 2025: Those great staff have since moved on but a great fella has taken over behind the counter. Still great service, if only i could manage to pick up a phone signal in this outlet, 3 network is dirt poor here!
