  I attended this evening and two tins of baked beans with sausage content were badly dented. I told the bloke you had on the till and said "No worries" and charged me for them. Disgusting.

  really disappointed with my visit into tesco today. was accompanied by my partner and his friend and after purchasing a drink due to my partners friend having low blood sugar we was then chased down in the store by the security on duty, the security man spoke extremely rude to my partners friend and instead of seeing if he had already paid for the drink (which he did and he had a receipt for prove) proceeded to speak very rudely and tried escorting him to pay. the situation was not handled in a professional manner from the security at all and i am utterly disgusted. tesco do better.

  Store itself is fine with decent selection of products and groceries. Went 01/08/2026 morning with my 16month old, after paying I tried to go down the travelator but it was out of order. There was a significant backlog of people waiting for the lifts but it had dawned they took were out of order. The security guard was the ONLY person to try and help diffuse the situation, no one in Tesco uniform I saw help. The guard said to me I had leave the trolley there (after prying out my trolley token), but didn't offer me to help to carry my bags shopping, considering I had my toddler too. Utter poor service from this Tesco's floor staff. I reached out to Tesco via WhatsApp (no proper channels to submit complaints) and got a generic apology.

  I have been a regular customer at this Tesco for some time, and unfortunately my recent experiences have been disappointing. I have encountered poor customer service in the café, with staff attitudes falling below what I would expect from Tesco. While I appreciate that not all staff are the same, I felt let down by how concerns were handled. I hope management will take this feedback on board, as I would like to see the store return to the friendly, welcoming environment it has the potential to be. I have also raised my concerns with Tesco Customer service 3 times and all three times my concerns were dismissed with a sub standard outcome - The most annoying thing is even the positive feedback i wanted to give to 2 staff members has not been passed on. In summary there probably isn't much point raising an issue in the 1st place!

  Same every time there is warm weather freezers and fridges not working it's like a sauna in there asked about why there is no air con reply it's not working get the air con fixed then the fridge freezer would not break down a multi million pound company that can't spend money to fix the air con
