    Went in today, and needed to use the baby changing facilities, It was absolutely disgusting, the smell hit you as soon as you walked in, there was dirt and who know what else all over the mat. The bin to put the nappy in was filled with poo. Smells like the bins haven’t been changed in weeks. You’d think it would be cleaned more to ensure cleanliness for the children but clearly not.

    I think you need to get your security sorted,yobs being allowed to run amock in the shop, riding bikes on the elevator.I know people who said they won't go in again,as they feel unsafe.
