  I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at Tesco, and it just happened this morning. The staff were rude and not helpful at all, even without me asking for assistance. Their attitude came across as unfriendly and unprofessional, which made the whole shopping experience uncomfortable. I’ve been shopping here for four years, which makes this even more disappointing. After this experience, I will not shop at Tesco again. The store felt unwelcoming, and it seemed like customer service was not a priority at all. A simple visit turned into a negative experience because of how the staff behaved. Tesco really needs to improve the way their employees treat customers

  I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at Tesco yesterday. A staff member named Lennon behaved in a highly unprofessional manner—he was rude, arrogant, and verbally abusive. Instead of assisting a customer, he spoke disrespectfully and even told me that I could never return to “his Tesco,” which is completely inappropriate and unacceptable behaviour. When I calmly stated that I would escalate the matter to higher authorities, he dismissed my concern and told me I couldn’t do anything, then asked me to leave the store. This kind of conduct is shocking and does not reflect the standards expected from Tesco staff. I hope Tesco management takes this complaint seriously, investigates the incident thoroughly, and ensures proper action is taken. No customer should be treated this way. Very disappointed.

  Nice except store closes at ten! We expected 11 as it said that online so got in with five minutes to spare after we were told it shut at 10.
