Staff come across as condescending, passive-aggressive and unnecessarily judgmental, with customers seemingly watched as they walk around the aisles. Even basic greetings and friendliness appear inconsistent, with certain age groups seemingly receiving much better treatment than others. The overall atmosphere is uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Tesco seriously needs to address its customer service standards at this store.

The cashier, a woman who could have exercised some human empathy instead refused to serve her without an ID. My wife is over 25… she isn’t a 12 year old child. Regardless of your policy. When someone is clearly looking for pain relief. Whether it be for migraine, basic pain relief or period cramps, maybe disconnect yourself from being a mindless retail drone and show some humanity. Prefer when it was a coop anyway, up the Coop.

Quick in-and-out shopping, friendly staff, and always well-stocked with fresh sandwiches, drinks and snacks. Long opening hours mean I can grab what I need even after a late shift. Highly recommend!
