  Extremely rude staff. I am an international student from Kuwait therefore I am unable to download the Tesco Clubcard app on my iPhone 12 pro max. Typically Tesco Express staff (across various branches in the city centre) just take the Clubcard membership number that is clearly shown in the screencapture, yet today an old female cashier refused to do it. She was so mean for no reason. The customer service at this branch is appalling. I always feel so unwelcome and treated like a nuisance just because I cannot download the app. A few weeks ago, south asian female cashier was rude as well. Seriously get over yourself!

  Security guy VERY rude to a guy that had a Tesco bag and a Sainsbury’s bag. Accusing him of steeling at the door. The security guy said he was just doing his job. But no customer service in the interaction. I appreciate they need to check but the language from the security guy was extremely inappropriate. I told him he was rude on two occasions and he patronisingly said “thank you”. Again, not great customer service if another customer feels he hasn’t done something correctly. It’s a good job it’s not my local Tesco. I appreciate inner city Tesco’s need security. But they should be trained in customer service as well as theft control. Thanks JKW

  🏬This is my first time to visit Tesco Express in Nottingham ,and there are lots of items and merchandise in there. It’s very wide,clean,bright and convenient for people to find whatever they want.✨

  Old lady on the till is so rude- like many have already said, she obviously hates her job, I will still keep coming in just to piss her off

  My partner and I were checking out at the self service with another lady to the left of us. At one point she said excuse me to my partner who was in her way. 2 words spoken. This lady was also buying a meal deal with an energy drink. When it came time for the shop assistant, a middle aged lady with brown hair and glasses, to check ID she accused us of being in a group together. Because of a two word interaction. I was totally shocked by not only her attitude and tone of voice but also her insistence on asking three 22 year olds for ID over a singular energy drink. This woman would make an awful detective - I don’t think she’s heard of such thing as a context clue. She made such a fuss with other shoppers stopping what they are doing and commenting on how pathetic this interaction was. It was not only frustrating to be dragged into something that is none of my business but also embarrassing to be accused in such a public manner. My partner didn’t have his ID on him (didn’t realise mini eggs would call for such an occasion) and she refused service saying she “can’t risk it”. Not only was the attitude of this shop assistant abhorrent, but on Easter Sunday no less. The fact you’ve got so many young people without jobs and this is the example you’re setting. Do better. Diss track pending..
