When I called the restaurant, the lady told me to( look carefully) because the cheese might have mixed in with the vegetables. I've attached two photos.. see for yourself. Please also tell your staff not to insult customers intelligence. The audacity needs to be studied.

I get it I’d be angry if I was 35+ working at subway as a manager but no need to take it out on someone who’s coming to just collect a sandwich.

Lucky there is a Greggs right next to it. Very dissapointed in my experience, asked about a manager and was told NO.

Before ordering, we noticed hair in the cheese container and pointed it out, but staff said they couldn’t see it and reacted as if we were at fault. Cleanliness seems lacking, and the staff member making our sandwich had a terrible attitude. Very disappointed - this isn’t what I expect from Subway.
