- SISAMANTHAS ONLINE INTERIOURSJun 3, 20262.0Went with my daughter for lunch while my son was training , We bought lunch but we're disappointed as no tables and chairs were out and it was hot abd sunny 😎 I did ask a staff member she said with there being a storm the previous day they dident want to risk it so I said mmmmm OK 👍 you have air conditioning and there is room to sit inside . I then noticed on my greggs app I had a free drink and sandwich thought perfect ill grab my son a baguette and a bottle of water for when he finishes training. I also got a bag of cookies 🍪 I did mention to the lady at the till these should be free as its on my app I scanned my app and it came to £9 odd I thought bit pricey anyway say dwn looked on my app the free items dudent come off and I thought why were the cookies 🍪 £9 so went back in the que i told the lady that served me the issue she was having none of it ! Then she asked the other lady on the other till I simply again explained the baguette and water should be free and I should pay for the cookies 🍪 🤔 it shouldn't be £9 odd! She agreed and then refunded me at least she new the other lady not very helpful or wise!

What happens to your leftover food?
We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
