  Food seemed fine but the drink machine needs a clean...you can smell 'the offness'! I literally took a sip of oasis and was like WHAT is THAT!

  Good atmosphere quiet when I went hopefully it’s like that usually but the food wait was around near enough 30 minutes but apart from that food was amazing and it was very quiet and not as busy as usual usual

  I’ve been to this Nottingham location twice in the past month, and both visits were equally disappointing. Despite there being almost no other customers (last visit just two people ahead of me) yet it took 10 minutes for me to receive a simple Whopper burger!!!! To make matters worse, the burger clearly sat on the food tray during that entire wait, rendering it lukewarm by the time I actually got it. A 11 -minute wait for cold fast food in an empty restaurant is unacceptable. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

  Yesterday I brought a Burger King went in paid and was waiting 2 hours for food that never arrived. The same was happening with the delivery drivers. I was very annoyed I explained to the staff and they just said there was nothing they could do. I would like my money back and would still like my money back especially after having waited and then having to get food elsewhere

  Never done this before - had to give it one star. Tried to use the Self Service machine but failed just as I was about to pay (so losing my o2 discount code) so tried ordering at another and that also failed. Waited 10 minutes at the counter but was completely ignored by the person on duty (who seemed totally stressed out by Uber eats orders) so we walked out!
