  I ordered by the machine, no receipt delivered but there's the option to scan the screen with a smart phone and get it that way! I waited for 5 minutes and my number got called, the girl who was serving had little knowledge of customer service, she placed my bag on the counter. I waited and asked where's my drink, she said there and pointed to an empty cup with a lid and straw in it! She said "you have to do it at the machine" I looked at the self service machine and thanked her. It's been a while since I've been to Burger King so that's new. Talking and being pleasant to customers must be a thing 0f the past! lol

  I ordered a specific burger and noticed while eating it that the meat had been internally replaced with a different one from what was advertised. At no point was I informed about this change before purchasing or receiving the order. I consider this a lack of transparency toward customers, since the product delivered did not exactly match what was advertised on the menu.
