  Shocking service….. placed an order via the app. All went through and took our money….. said waiting time 31 minutes. Waited for 2 hours, called Watton branch and after about 10 attempts, someone answered and explained that they had a system error! Hadn’t even got our order and said that we would have to seek a refund from head office! Member of staff clearly didn’t have a clue what was going on and sounded like she had said the same thing to 300 people. No apology and couldn’t even take our order over the phone - lights were on but no one home …..A valuable lesson…. Stay local and don’t feed the consumer machine. I will never go back. Ruined what should have been a good night in . Still no refund !!!
