What an absolutely lovely place this is …stumbled across it when on business in the local area. Staff are very friendly and all have happy smiling faces. It’s a new building in a good position next to the local Tesco express just off the main road so easy to access with a large car park . The coffee is fantastic and a good size cup so value for money. I will definitely drop in whenever I’m in the area.

This an awesome place to visit. Excellent coffee and food. A star 🌟 staff who are delightful. We spoke to a few teenagers that frequent and they thought it was a safe well lit place for them to sit and chat with friends on darker evenings. There is European curb side seats. If I had a young daughter I would feel comforted she was here safely enjoying a hot chocolate chatting with friends than sitting in a dimly lit playground or some woodland. I would say to all, if you use tesco express pop in and say hi grab a coffee, pastry or an Italian ice cream. Even the friendly manager posed for the photo. I told him that he and his staff are a credit to the company. Ian and Caz

Popped in for lunch today. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was good and the coffee was the best we’ve had for a while! The decor is relaxed and it has a good atmosphere. Very reasonably priced too. Handy that it is now our ‘local’!

Good coffee but sub-par food let this place down. My wife and I visited one Saturday morning for breakfast at 9.30am - it was quiet when we arrived, but was busy when we left about an hour later. The service was friendly, if not entirely slick - but this place is forgivably new and may well explain some of my other observations. My wife asked for the avocado on toast and wanted it to come with bacon, but she wasn't asked what accompaniment it was to come with (other than if she wabted poached or scrambled eggs). It sadly arrived with halloumi, which was the chewy side of well done. She opted for scrambled egg, but this was poorly mixed (the white and yolk didn't look like they'd shared an egg shell) and it had an odd bubbly texture (possibly due to being microwaved). My cooked breakfast was a bit better. One of my 2 eggs had lost most of its yolk when being poached (this should have been discarded and started again). The 5 small hash brown bites were okay, but the portion felt stingy. The whole cooked tomato was on the rare side - with raw-firmness, rather than being soft and yielding. The sausage was herby, but suspiciously uniformly brown. There was also a mushroom, toast, bacon and beans - the latter being the best thing. All the breakfast ingredients were visible behind the counter and appeared to have already been cooked (with the exception of the eggs and tomato - obvs) ready for reheating. I remained open minded about this situation, but the result was unsurprisingly disappointing. The coffee was good (a nice flavour and no over-roasted bitterness - I'm looking at you Costa) and the selection of cakes looked appealing - so that might be a better direction to go in 👍🏻
