  Was quite disappointed with my visit to this Wagamamas. Started off well, the staff were very friendly and it's a nice restaurant inside. It was a weird ordering process, switching between ordering by number and ordering by food name... Then the food came in a random order spread over quite a long time, to the point where one of us had finished before the others had gotten their meals. They kept coming to check what was missing, maybe twice. The food was okay. Some of us enjoyed the meal, others were pretty meh about it. Both gyoza's were overcooked which was a shame. Katsu curry's got good feedback. Then the payment process was not good at all. We were encouraged to use the app... We all paid via the app/QR code separately and tried to leave. The app and the till don't sync properly, so we were held until the manager could check it. Despite us showing the app that says '£0.00 owed' and showed the three payments with 'success' in green, or whatever it says. Apparently this is a common thing... So maybe hold off suggesting the app/QR code?

  Not enough staff - took a while to order, food came before drinks and starters came after mains. Sat next to a dirty table for most of our meal, then went to the toilet and walked past an area of the restaurant which was empty, but every table was dirty.

  i actually prefer this to the other norwich wagamamas as it was a little quieter - the food was delicious and came super quickly!! our main server (gemma, i believe) was really lovely and great to us, she's amazing! there was another server who was a little less kind but i do think they may have just had a long day. overall a lovely place to eat :)
