  Went with my girlfriend out for some food as was hungry and served by Mia who was quick with taking orders, polite and welcoming, food was good and service was great as well.

  Came in today, the sirloin steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavour, have eaten here many times but today was extra delicious, maybe a new supplier or a new chef, whatever it is wow! Reasonably priced too. Keep up the good work from a very full and satisfied customer.

  Used to love TGI Fridays about 10 years ago, but wow — what happened? We went on a Thursday night and the place was completely dead. Apart from two people sitting at the bar, we were literally the only customers in the restaurant, which honestly should have been a warning sign. The food was incredibly disappointing for the price. Nearly £40 for some chicken strips and an overcooked burger is ridiculous. Everything felt low quality, bland, and nowhere near the standard this place used to have years ago. Back in the day, Fridays actually felt exciting and the food was genuinely good. Now it just feels tired, overpriced, and desperate. Offering a free dessert in exchange for leaving a review says it all really. Won’t be returning.

  I had a wonderful dining experience, made truly memorable by the exceptional service from Daisy. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Daisy struck the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness, making sure every detail was taken care of without ever feeling intrusive. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and checked in at just the right moments to ensure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude and attention to detail elevated the entire experience, turning a great meal into something special. It’s rare to come across service that feels this effortless yet so attentive. Daisy is a real asset to the restaurant, and I would happily return knowing I’d be in such capable hands.

  Went to TGI Fridays Norwich recently and it just doesn’t feel like the same place anymore. The food didn’t seem very fresh at all, especially considering how expensive it is. The mac and cheese tasted like a pre-made frozen pasta with barely any flavour, and overall the food was just “okay” at best, nothing special. I also had the surf and turf which was pretty tasteless and definitely not worth what I paid for it. The wait times didn’t help either. It took a while for food to come out, and we were constantly trying to get a staff member’s attention just to order drinks or ask for the bill, which got frustrating. It’s a shame because this place used to be really good, but it feels like it’s gone downhill a lot over the years. The quality just isn’t there anymore. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here for a while.
