  My boyfriend and I went to TGI Fridays for an ejecting meal and we were served by Mia. She accommodated our every need and we had a Lovley experience. Food was lovely and cocktails were great! Highly recommend

  Me and my partner ate here, they fit us in really quickly and was amazing attentive service, We had Madi serve us and she was a star! super quick with our food and ordering and made us feel welcome and comfy, will be returning here for food more often! highly recommend’

  Not been to tgi Fridays for a while decided Friday night to go .. the place was dead only maybe 6 tables being used but they bunch them togeather so it looks busier . Service awful from being seated to order drinks 10 mins staff just standing around talking , Food well worse I’ve had in a long time it was chucked on a plate burger had fallen over and inside fell out , chips were lukewarm warm and tasted like they had been cooked hours before . We had bottomless coke but 90 percent ice so had to keep asking for refund which were slow . Used to be one of my favorite restaurants but I think it’s the last time I ever visit gone down hill . The table beside us were getting wrong food sent over and staff saying it’s what they ordered I heard them order and the staff were wrong .

  My fiancé organised my birthday meal at TGI Fridays with my brothers as a table of five. I’ve never been before and was really pleasantly surprised to see such a nice range of food options. We the sesame chicken starter, which was fantastic. I had a half rack of ribs with loaded fries and coleslaw - 10/10 across the board. Bonus points for how nice the coleslaw was. 2 for 1 cocktails and Milkshakes were great too. It was a busy night but there weren’t any long waits for service or food. No complaints whatsoever. I left wondering how I’ve never been before! Madi was our server, she was brilliant, didn’t leave us waiting around, made sure to check on us even though she was covering a lot of tables, and was happy to have a laugh with us too. Had a brilliant time, many thanks to Madi for serving us and patiently answering all the random questions my brother had!

  Had a poor experience. The waitress was new and had never heard of soda water. I told her it was likely an option on the fizzy drinks tap. She kept saying it wasn’t so gave us a normal water. I then went to the bar and of course it was an option but showed as “carbonated water”, hence her confusion. The chicken appetiser was really good, but half of the food was inedible. My friend had a salad for the main which was inedible with wilted, gritty salad with bugs in. They apologised and offered us two free pints and my friend ordered buffalo chicken instead; they messed that up too and brought out bbq chicken. My friend didn’t eat anything in the end. It’s expensive eating out these days, their prices don’t warrant the service or quality.
