- AAalexxMay 28, 20261.0I’d bought loads of the same items and asked a lady called Michelle to scan them. I just needed her to scan one item and press the number for duplicates, but she refused. She said it wasn’t her job and told me to take everything out. My trolley was absolutely full. There were loads of bottles of mineral water. She called the manager over. The manager told her to scan them. If she doesn’t like the job, she can make way for someone else who needs work. Why be so rude?

She kept mocking with inappropriate comments and the customer in line joined her too!! This made me have anxiety. Very bad experience!!! Did not expect this from Tesco’s Staff!!!!! Why do you even hire people who don’t love their job.
