  Absolutely no phone signal! Even if you're connected to their WiFi. Its like shopping in the dark ages. Astronauts have better signal! Can't even open the clubcard app!

  Generally ok for produce, when shelves are stocked but I have to say SORT OUT THE CHECKOUTS. only ever 2 open, always very polite but when there is a queue of people open another one & the south African lady who works on self checkout is rude, judgy & miserable. Your petrol station is a shambles as well! Can only ever get the option to do pay at pump or half of them are shut off!

  Always good service from a friendly and helpful crew. Team works hard to serve customers efficiently without rudely rushing them like competitors do. Well stocked store, excellent quality fresh fruit and vegetables (better than even more expensive competitors). Would love to have more shade in car park to keep vehicles cool (solar carports would be ideal).

  Staff are useless. Always chatting. Always slow. Also had people push in and the staff member on self check out claimed she was with someone else yet her trolley of stuff wasn’t with her and she pushed past me makes sense train your staff better

  Never in my life have I experienced poor customer service let alone basic acknowledgement of the law. After speaking to the floor supervisor (not the manager who I requested for) he would not sell alcohol after I gave him my id barring in mind I am 46 years of age. He said because I was accompanied with my daughter he cannot serve because my daughter does not own ID. On the government website, alcohol is allowed to be served when a child is accompanied by an adult. I recommend reviewing the policy and actually learning the basic law because you have gone against my human rights. The floor superviser and man on till, both old males, removed their name tag from their shirt so I could not catch their names. However I attended on Saturday the 4th of July between 4-5pm at the shop store. I believe if my daughter was with her father instead this would have never happened same if my daughter was 5 years old. I have a friend who has also had the same situation at this Tesco. No other stores refuse to give a persons shopping. I recommend the actual manager to review their policy with their employees and make sure there is a customer book to fill out complaints at the front desk.
