  Went in there today to buy some things, as soon as I walked out my the zip on my rucksack broke and half my stuff fell out, milk split on the carpark and my 4 pack of beer scattered. I put the stuff back in the bag and asked if I could replace the milk, It was fine, no issue there. Doing a count to see if I was missing anything I noticed I only had 3 cans of beer rather than 4, I went back in to enquire if I could get a replacement since the other cans were bashed up anyway, I was expecting a no but I wasn't expecting a huffy response and to be rudely passed onto someone else who walked to the door looking at the carpark and shrugged while getting back to filling completely blanking me. as i said I wasn't expecting them to say yes but they could have been a lot more polite and professional, I work retail too and I know it can be a miserable experience but I also know to treat each customer as an individual and give them the best help I can regardless if I'm having a bad day or not I have been a loyal customer to my local Tesco express stores and usually the staff are great but today I found that I was treated as nothing more than an annoyance.
