  Staff standing on there phones behind the till, I asked for 2 items from behind the till and only got given one or should I say thrown at me, so had to repeat myself and ask for 2, she put through the till never told me how much it came too, just went back on her phone messaging someone, scanned my card but never confirmed if it went through, I had to ask her if the transaction was completed as she was more into her phone that serving me, I pulled her up on it, for her to say sorry had a important message to send, well I’m sorry you shouldn’t be on your phone while your serving a customer it’s dam rude

  Had to give a star otherwise can't post on here. My issue and complaint is the closing time, apparently they close at 22:55, however, the timing online says 23:00. I was turned away from the door at 22:55 saying they are closed. I only went in for milk, which usually takes 30 seconds to buy. CHANGE YOUR OPENING AND CLOSING TIMES.

  I have been shopping at Tesco ever since it opened back in 2017. I visited today, and as usual, I was able to find most of the items I came for. The aisles are relatively wide for a store that is much larger than it appears from the outside. I was also able to find a parking space fairly easily, which was a welcome change compared to other times when finding a bay can be quite challenging. What I particularly appreciate, as someone who does several small weekly shops, is the 3-4 self-service checkout kiosks that help reduce waiting times. However, I did notice more empty shelves than I expected. I was also disappointed that the cash machine was out of order, so I had to head up the road to use the Co-op’s machine.
