Arrived nice and quick! Not warm though... Pizza toppings are stuck to the top of the box and Papa Bites are pathetically small also missing a dip... come on Usman get it together!!

⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience. The shop was showing online as open until 11:30 PM. I arrived at approximately 11:22 PM, well before the advertised closing time, but I was refused service and told that they were closed. If you advertise 11:30 PM closing, customers should be able to receive service until that time. If you close earlier, the opening hours should be updated online. Very poor customer service and misleading opening hours.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honestly, one of the best vegetarian pizzas I’ve had in Norwich! 🍕🌱 I ordered from Papa John’s and the pizza was absolutely spot on — fresh, hot, loaded with toppings and full of flavour. The crust was perfectly baked, the cheese was melted just right, and the vegetables tasted really fresh. Everything arrived hot and exactly how I ordered it. I’ve tried a few pizza places around Norwich, but Papa John’s has definitely impressed me with the quality and consistency. Great food, great service and really friendly staff. Definitely recommend giving them a try, especially if you love vegetarian pizza. I’ll definitely be ordering again! 👌🍕
