Very dissapointing why have the machines if you cant be bothered to make them for the customer.

With our one‑year‑old asleep in the back and not travelling well, we chose the drive‑through to keep things calm. With no cars ahead of us at the ordering point and only one waiting at collection, we assumed it would be quick and straightforward. Unfortunately, it was anything but. After ordering and paying, we received our drinks and were asked to wait in one of the bays at the front of the restaurant. Fifteen minutes passed, during which our daughter woke up, and we noticed other customers coming and going with their food. I eventually went inside to check on our order, only to be told, “Don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten about you—your food is on its way.” By the time our order finally arrived, 23 minutes had passed since we’d paid. That’s hardly “fast food.” The server who brought it out was polite and apologetic, but the delay was unacceptable. Staff should be more aware of outstanding orders and communicate delays proactively, rather than leaving customers to chase updates themselves. The food itself was reasonable, but the overall experience was disappointing. The delay had a knock‑on effect on our journey and made what should have been a simple stop far more stressful than necessary.
