- RSrachelle stafford1 day ago1.0Absolutely shocking customer service. Our order arrived with four missing items and a missing burger. The bags were sealed, so this was clearly a packing error by the restaurant. When we called, the staff member was rude, constantly interrupted my partner and then hung up on them. The manager's response was simply to tell us to contact Deliveroo rather than taking responsibility. The only positive part of this experience was Deliveroo, who sorted the issue immediately. McDonald's, however, failed both in preparing the order correctly and in dealing with the complaint professionally.
- RRrobert3 days ago4.0Staff are lovely however they take forever to take an order at the drive through. This is at times when it’s relatively quiet. Because of this, if I’m driving and have the choice, I’d tend to go to Broadland as they seem more on it. Short staffed?

- SCSarah CollinsJul 27, 20265.0I come to this mcdonalds atleast once a week after work and I would like to say that this place does not deserve the bad reviews and reputation. I think people are forgetting they have not even been open for a year yet and I am assuming they have a lot of new staff due to this. The staff try their best im sure and always greet be with a smile and positive attitude. The food is always up to a great standard (warm and tasty) and the service is speedy too!
