  bad mcdonalds. slow service, did click and serve but it never came so had to go in (with an injured leg!) to get it. it was sat on the counter the whole time. they said not to worry as it 'hadnt been there long'... it was cold, with items missing, ice half melted.

  awful mcdonalds 2nd time coming today and had to wait forever for a small diet coke and cheeseburger... so stupid. cold food. same issue last time too

  Missing items every time, no matter if you are in store or order, the service is also so slow. We have tried a few times thinking it would change but it still hasnt.

  Worst Mcdonalds ever, long waits, cold food and rude staff. Chips are always half full and cold and when i have raised this i have been told by more then one member of staff that they are not able to fill the chips up as manager has told them they should only half fill!! Just terrible we thought it might have been because restaurant was new but now just a joke. Would advise all not to bother.

  I placed a collection order through the McDonalds app at 9:54pm and opted for drive thru collection. I arrived to collect at 10pm and headed straight to the drive thru order point. I was instantly told to wait and waited for around 2 minutes before a young girl asked if I was using the app. I gave the code and she replied that it had all gone through and to head to the next collection window. While waiting at the window, I can only assume that the staff member with the blue shirt on was a manager even though he looked about 12, was parading around with his face in his phone and trying to appear cool for the girls working in the kitchen. He then took a phone call and was acting immature. I waited 7 minutes before a girl opened came and asked if I was waiting for (reeled off what I had ordered), I said yes and she went off. She came back and gave me my drink and then said to move to the next collection window as there is a short wait. Meanwhile, 4 other cars pulled up to the window I was at originally and were given their food within a minute and they left. In total, I waited 17 minutes in the drive thru for a burger, fries, a drink and 4 nuggets that were ordered prior to arriving as I thought that would be the quicker option! The fries were cold when I got them out of the bag in the car park! Seems that the staff that work there around that time aren’t very competent and if that lad was a manager, he needs to rethink his job. Total crap and won’t be going there again.
